Breau is the founder of Champions Fitness. As a former Division ll athlete, she has always had a passion for sports and fitness. Doing a BodyBuilding show in 2017, her friends and family encouraged her to become a trainer and follow her passion in life.
From starting in the park, Champions Fitness became a full-fledged health and fitness business in 2017. We offer a variety of options from 1 on 1 training, small group training, large group training, athlete training, or online training. We are teamed up with a nutrition company called ID Life Nutrition for all your nutrition and supplement needs. This is something we only recommend to our clients for optimal health.
Our mission in life is to inspire and motivate people physically and mentally by creating a memorable and comfortable health and fitness experience. Whether you are just beginning to workout, a college athlete, or looking for an intense challenge, we have something for you!

K-6TH GRADES WILL FOCUS ON FUNDAMENTALS AND MOTOR SKILLS. YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN THEIR POWER,STRENGTH,SPEED, MOBILITY, BALANCE, AND JUMPING.
7TH GRADE-COLLEGE LEVEL ATHLETES WILL HIT ON EVERY ASPECT TO MAKE THEM EXCEL AT A HIGHER LEVEL FOR THEIR SPORT/SPORTS.

We like to switch things up and not do the same type of workout everyday! Monday and Thursday are HIIT days, Tuesday's lower body strength, Wednesday is upper body strength and Friday's we do a mix up between full body and low impact. NEW workouts every time! We just ADDED two more workouts a week between another full body, a low impact, or another upper body day! We want people to have a variation! That's 8 NEW workouts a week, no we aren't lying!
They are 30 minutes long so the perfect time to get a good workout in the comfort of your own home or when you are traveling!
When you sign up you get added to a group of 150+ people for accountability on FB as well. I may be biased but we have the best girl gang that hold eachother accountable, challenge eachother, share recipes, and motivational talks :). You will also receive a Nutrition video done by Breau and Registered Dietician Blake grove and a recipe book of all of our favorite recipes!
What you need: a set of dumbbells and resistance band (I recommend the Taylor made cloth ones, amazon has a ton! Ask if you don't know what I'm talking about) and a long band with handles.
We are live at 5:30 AM OR you can get the recording sent to your email to do on your own time. We go on a month by month basis. Once the month is over the workouts are too unless you continue to be a part of the group.

This plan is for anyone looking to start out in the gym with some guidance or just needs a change up from what you currently have.
It is a 4 week plan with a 5 day split. 3 days of Upper Body and 2 days of Lower Body.
After week 4 you can start over again!

Don't have time to go to a gym or don't feel comfortable to? That's okay, we have a GOOD lifting plan for you!
This 12 week PDF format plan has everything for you. It is a 5 day split of Upper and Lower body days. Each exercise has a video attached to it so you know the movement and correct form.
EVERYONE HAS TO START SOMEWHERE so why not in the comfort of your own home.
Needed: A set of dumbbells(or a couple sizes if you would like to challenge yourself) and a small resistance band-the one that fits around our legs!
